Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward mail messages from one email account to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming messages based on certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the email box you wish to forward mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest.
